Byron Bay Cookie Company has been creating scrumptious, highly unique cookies for over 20 years… cookies with a light, delicate texture and a complex but understated flavor that is one of a kind.

Brixton Street was recently sent an assortment of Byron Bay Cookie Company products, including white chocolate chunk and macadamia nut cookies ($14.25), triple choc fudge cookies (gluten free) ($10.10), and sesame crispbread.

The cookies are charmingly bite sized with a cookie dough base that is somewhat dry and crumbly and not overly sweet- the perfect base for some ultra flavorful ingredients to really make an impression.  The white chocolate chunk and macadamia nut had wonderful white chocolate and macadamia flavors- you could really taste every ingredient distinctly which was very nice.  Because of the dryness of the cookie and the crumbly texture, the chocolate chips in both varieties of cookie provided a smooth, melty burst of flavor that was a tastebud tingling contrast to the drier cookie base.  Overall, the flavors and textures of these cookies highly unique & very wonderful!

The sesame crispbread is super thin and super crisp with a fresh taste, subtle sesame flavor and amazing crunch.  The crispbreads work well with all types of spreads and toppings to make a wonderful light snack (40 calories per 10g serving).  Please note both the cookies & the crispbread contain dairy and/or egg ingredients.

Both the cookies and the crispbread pair very well with hot drinks & would be an excellent treat for company.
